Hello friends! Happy Friday and I hope my American friends had a lovely Thanksgiving!
It’s been a very good week here. I took the kids and a few friends to the trampoline park after their half-day of school so they could have some fun, I tackled some holiday cooking (made this pieThis green bean casserole with homemade crunchy onions and purchased pumpkin bread, apple pie and gf sauce from Dedicated),
took the kids to Target (to “browse,” they said) and the pilot returned from a long trip. The end of October until November was crazy: he was gone, I left for RHS, we congratulated each other and he left, when he came back I went to LA, we congratulated each other again and he left, and now he’s back! PHEW. It was such a pleasure that he could be there for Thanksgiving!
(the dress is here // the boots are here)
We had the usual lunch/dinner at my uncle’s house with all of my father’s family.
After that, we went to Trevor and Danielle’s house in the evening to hang out with Madre’s family and see Daisy! She is simply the funniest and cutest little weirdo. I love it so much.
The day was filled with family time, delicious food, a walk around the neighborhood and relaxing… I hope you had a wonderful day too!
For now, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love hearing about your favorites, so feel free to shout out something you like in the comments section below.

Black Friday is heeeeeeeeeeeee:
I look forward to Black Friday sales all year long!! This is when I go through my holiday shopping list and also get some of the things we need for the house, or items I’ve had my eye on. A LOT of designers share their links this time of year, and I wanted to thank those of you who choose to shop through my links. This means everything to me, and your support helps me offset some of the costs of running the blog, especially since advertising revenue has seriously declined with AI search.
Here are some of this year’s best finds:
The best picks from the gift guide:
– INSANE sale in Farm Rio aka my favorite place to shop! 50% off and an additional 20% with code SUPER20. I received two dresses and I am so excited about them! (This one And this one)
– Treadmill. The only way for me to reach 10,000 steps almost every day! This one costs less than $100 with Black Friday deals.
– Rebounder. It is a great way to support blood circulation and the lymphatic system and also improve concentration during a long work day. I’ll take a 5 minute break and bounce to some music. This one is on sale for BFCM.
– Anthro is 30% off!! I’m obsessed with them festive drinks, This dress (I need it), this sequin t-shirt“Yes, chef’s toweland this pack of my favorite clean scents.
– Old Navy: 50% off sitewide. I ordered new uniform pants for both children, these jacket for lifeAnd this jacket In my opinion. Their vacation outfits are so cute; This is what we wore for family photos this year. I had this skirt And this dress for Liv. I can’t even believe this dress is only $13 right now!!! It fits perfectly and looks much more expensive.
– Vivrelle!! Do this one for yourself lol 🙂 You can rent designer handbags and luxury jewelry and exchange them every month. I currently have the most beautiful Chanel caviar bag and I’m sad to return it next week, but I’m so excited to pick out something new! So much fun for the holidays. Use this link for $300 off – it’s spaced out so you save $100 each month for 3 months. I promise you, you will love it.
-50% on Splendid sleepwear. I got this for Liv; the fabric is a dream.
–25% off and Bombas! Everyone needs new socks lol. I particularly like their slipper socks, and their compression socks for long flights. The Pilot uses them and loves them too.
–50% off at J Crew. I love them sweaters for men, blazers for women (they last forever) and girls’ dresses. This will be P’s Christmas dress..
– Very good price for the hatch! It’s worth mentioning here that I don’t pay for the subscription and it still works incredibly well.
– Vacuum cleaner i.e. the only way I can keep our floors shiny and clean. (I also use a little Branch Basics in the water even though you’re not supposed to and it still works great for now lol)
– Comfortable and clean makeup set.
– This essential vacation travel set.
– Toniebox! That’s what I get for Daisy.
Wellness favorites
– If you do not have Lumebox again, now is the opportunity. They are having 50% off this weekend and it is the biggest discount they are offering. I use it for so many things: headaches, muscle pain, energy, mood, skin, stomach aches, fever, menstrual cramps (I rarely get them, but when I do, it helps a lot), SO many things. It’s like the Swiss army knife of wellness tools. Get yours here!
–This treatment has completely changed my skin. This is a Mediterranean treatment based on hydroxytyrosol, the most powerful antioxidant in the world from the olive tree. It features anti-aging benefits backed by real science, clean ingredients and formulas that actually change the texture, radiance and firmness of your skin.
– Air doctor. Clean air makes a huge difference, especially this time of year when allergies and colds are running rampant. This is their best price all year.
– Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water is softer and no longer has any chorline smell. If you already have one, it’s a good chance to get more for additional bathrooms, or try their sink or bathtub filter.
– Coffee without mold! I stock up during sales. The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options contain pesticides, herbicides, and mold. This is lab tested for purity and remineralized, and it tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is bad. This one is incredible.
– Pemf to Matt. I use it every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working on the computer. I’m having a hard time deciding which one I prefer: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both… I say go for it. 😉
– Anti-red light mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing household chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin.
– A skin! They have staggered savings for BFCM; the more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can increase the aging process. I love them tinted moisturizer And body lotion.
-My favorite quarterly detox! If you’re joining us in January, get your kit now. You can do 7, 14 or 21 days.
– The most incredible feel-good gift you can give yourself this season is a Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you’re considering getting certified, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I would be happy to chat with you and share more about my experience. It’s their best price of the year: it’s $2,000 off and if you use my code, FITNESSISTA, it’s an additional $500 off.
– Organized! They make many of my favorite products including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Find out here!
If you’re shopping for a specific person, I have a ton of ideas in this year’s gift guides (a few more on the way!). Many of them include BFCM offers in posts:

I am SO sad that Dancing with the stars It’s over but it was so fun to watch this season, and we were so happy that Robert won. I’m trying to figure out what I’m going to do with this empty Tuesday evening!
It was an excellent podcast episode on the power of your thoughts.

Our must-have weekday dinners.
A 30-minute cardio dance and strength training workout.
