Raley’s announces new tenant for former Land Park neighborhood store
As part of the company’s commitment to improving Freeport Boulevard,
Raley’s secures Chuze Fitness to fill the space.
WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Raley’s is proud to announce the sublease of its former store located at 4850 Freeport Boulevard to Chuze Fitness, marking a significant investment in neighborhood revitalization and bringing new business to neighboring neighborhoods. With the upcoming addition of a state-of-the-art health and fitness club, the neighborhood continues to transform into a vibrant corridor filled with diverse, community-oriented establishments.

Chuze Fitness will offer state-of-the-art equipment, a variety of classes, amenities and a welcoming atmosphere designed to make fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The more than 35,000 square foot facility is expected to open to the public in summer 2026.

Raley’s flagship store opened in May 2020 and is located at 4690 Freeport Blvd. Since then, more than a dozen tenants have opened their doors at this bustling shopping center and one additional major tenant will be announced in the coming months.
